Prior to seeking treatment via Teladoc, you must submit a valid Pre-Notification via your online Insurance Portal. Please Note — Medical services MUST be obtained within 12 hours of successfully submitting Pre-Notification to be considered for coverage.
To access Teladoc, you will need to contact Point Comfort to Pre-Notify your treatment.
Once you have completed the Pre-Notification, you will receive guidance from Point Comfort on seeking treatment and how you can access your Teladoc account. After receipt of confirmation, you must seek services immediately. All Pre-notifications will expire twelve (12) hours after confirmation.
Don’t forget to submit your claims documents within 24 hours of your visit. You can learn more about this process through the Claims Center here.
