If you're a current participant and would like to learn more about your insurance, please be sure to visit your Student Zone first, as many questions will be answered there. We also have a FAQ page where we answer common questions such as:

  • I haven’t received my insurance ID card and documents, why not?
  • Why can’t I register for my telemedicine account?
  • I need to see a doctor, what do I do?
  • How can I update my insurance start or end date?
  • Information on my insurance ID card is wrong. How can I fix this?
  • Where can I find out the status of my medical bills?

Participant Student Zone

For future or current participants who are insured on our plans, you can view all the details about your plan through your Student Zone. You can find this information in your welcome email and insurance ID card. If you cannot find this, please contact us.
