Getting Started

Before you speak with a counselor, you will need to activate your account so you can schedule a Virtual Emotional Wellness Visit.

  1. Select the “Student Login” Button
  2. Enter your School or Organization's Name
    • Depending on your plan, there may be a specific keyword you need to enter. Please check the flyer included with your insurance ID card to verify. Otherwise, you will enter the name of your school or organization when prompted.
  3. Enter your Personal Details and Review the Terms of Use
  4. Click “Complete Sign Up” to Access Services

Please note — there may be some circumstances where TELUS Health Student Support provides you with a referral for another service. Be sure to provide them with your insurance details so they can refer you to a resource that is eligible for coverage under your insurance plan before you seek treatment. You will need to file a claim with your insurance carrier if additional treatment is sought outside of the TELUS services. Please review your policy certificate in the MyDocuments section of your Student Zone for your full plan benefits and exclusions.

    You will need to visit the TELUS website or download the TELUS mobile app to access this service. From there, you’ll enter the name of the school or organization you are a part of, and you’ll be able to register for your account.
  • Does TELUS offer support in different languages?

    TELUS Health Student Support counselors have experience working with diverse student populations and offer real-time phone and live chat support in 5 core languages: English, French (including Canadian French), Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish. Real-time translation services by phone will accommodate other languages at the moment, and 150+ additional languages are supported by appointment, so be sure to request your preferred language when scheduling an appointment.
