Ross joined the company in 2002, and he manages the day to day operations of the business, from insurer relations to client and partner development. Having lived in the USA, UK, Germany and Hong Kong, Ross has unique insight into the needs of the international student, traveler and worker. Ross is a current member of NAFSA and attends conferences all around the world such as WETM, ICEF and WYSTC. Ross graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Business Technology.
Julius joined the team in 2024, bringing a solid background in international education and a degree in Economics from the University of Glasgow. Originally from Lithuania, he brings valuable experience from roles in organizations focused on global engagement and cross-cultural connections. Julius is enthusiastic about applying his international expertise to support company’s growth and success.
Joined EIC in June 2022, working at the Mexico City office. For several years, he has been working as a professional customer service representative. Trained to discover, prioritize and resolve user needs according to the circumstances. He is studying for his bachelor's degree in psychology at the Universidad del Valle de México.
