When seeking in-person medical treatment, we suggest using your plans network to find doctors in your area. Inside the United States, your plan uses the MultiPlan network.
Remember
∙ Urgent Care Centers and Walk-In Clinics are often the best places to seek medical
care quickly and
you will pay less out-of-pocket.
∙ Only use the Emergency Room (ER) in emergency situations. Your plan may include an
additional ER
deductible that you will have to pay if you seek treatment at the Emergency Room.
For prescription medication, your plan uses the Magellan Rx Network. Simply show your ID card at the pharmacy for direct billing to the insurance company.

Rx Prescription Network (USA)
When picking up a prescription medication, be sure to use a pharmacy that accepts the Magellan Rx Network so you won’t have to pay up front for your prescriptions.
Your insurance plan includes Teladoc, allowing you to meet with a doctor via phone, web or their mobile app! There is no charge to use the service, and your insurance deductible is waived when using Teladoc! This should be your first choice when seeking treatment for non-emergency conditions.
